Merit signs accord with Dubai’s Grid & Matrix

BANGALORE: Merit Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with
Grid and Matrix, Dubai, as the first step in its initiative to expand its base
and reach outside India. As per the MoU, Grid and Matrix would market the
organization’s range of messaging and communication products and solutions in
UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and other Middle East countries.

A developer of messaging and communication software products, Merit Systems,
has rolled out products such as GIFTefax, GIFTesms, GIFTultemail and POP@GIFT.

"The products from Merit Systems have always aimed at bridging the gap
between popular technologies and bringing them closer to the user. They are
meant to fill a lacuna in the messaging and communication options available for
the enterprise, " says Merit Systems managing director, BS Gopal Rao.
