CALIFORNIA, USA: Melissa Data, a provider of contact data quality and integration solutions, announced its MD Property data solution now integrates with Salesforce.com's powerful CRM software. Now available on AppExchange as a pre-validated plugin for Salesforce CRM end-users, MD Property is a cloud-based property and mortgage data enrichment application that can be implemented without the need for development resources. Through a simple download, users can enhance their CRM data with detailed, up-to-date property and mortgage information on more than 140 million U.S. properties within the Salesforce cloud.

This enhanced information offers significant value to investors, banks, lenders, real estate and insurance professionals, and a broad range of service and product providers using Salesforce CRM. The property lists of MD Property are updated weekly, where data is divided into 12 main categories with more than 160 information fields. Data includes parcel, lot/land and subdivision information; owner name and contact information including offsite owners; values, sale and trust deed details; and building information such as specific improvements or features such as fireplace and pool.

Bud Walker, director of data quality solutions at Melissa Data said: "Previously, extended development resources would be required for Salesforce CRM users to integrate the level of detailed, current data now readily available through MD Property. Today, users can easily enrich their CRM data with valuable property and mortgage information- capitalizing on sophisticated business intelligence to improve customer service and increase competitive advantage."
