PIEDMONT, USA: McAllister Software Systems has created a new version of AVImark veterinary software called AVImark SQL.
SQL, which stands for Structured Query Language, is the most widely used programming language for database management and data extraction.

AVImark SQL gives veterinarians greater flexibility in creating customized tools and reports, plus better performance and reliability when running on SQL servers said a press release.
“AVImark SQL contains all the features and capabilities that AVImark users have enjoyed for years, with the added flexibility of SQL programming built in to the software,” said Scott McAllister, president of McAllister Software Systems.

“This allows veterinary practices with unique data reporting needs to develop their own data analysis and mining tools, centralize their data across multiple sites, and create customized reports and communication tools,” added McAllister.
According to the release, AVImark SQL meets all current SQL industry standards and connects directly to Microsoft’s SQL server for maximum performance and reliability and supports all Microsoft SQL editions, including Express and Enterprise.
