Manthan's ARC suite of analytics products have been tested to work with Amazon Redshift Data warehouse service. With this, Manthan's cloud products take advantage of an enterprise-grade data warehouse service at a lower TCO, ultimately benefiting the customer.

Manthan recently released ARC Loyalty247 SaaS offering, a part of its Customer Analytics portfolio that runs entirely on AWS. ARC Loyalty247 provides marketers with a one-to-one communication mobile app platform, white labeled for brand advantage with robust features to stay connected with omni-channel customers.

"With our service offering built on Amazon Web Services, we are confident that it brings significant value to our world-wide retail customer base. Customers are increasingly looking to embrace enterprise-grade cloud offerings with excellent performance, scalability, security, manageability and cost optimization. AWS enables us to do exactly that," said Atul Batra, CTO, Manthan Systems.

Leveraging AWS, Manthan continues to expand adoption of its cloud based analytics products including ARC Customer360, ARC TargetOne, ARC Loyalty247 and ARC Merchandise Analytics and ARC Supplier Portal Analytics suite of products.

Manthan's ARC Customer Analytics portfolio was deployed earlier this year in Singapore through Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA)‘s Call for-Collaboration for industry participation to develop analytics to improve customer experience and business efficiency in the retail sector.

Through the Customer Analytics products deployed by Manthan Systems on Amazon Web Services, participating retailers are able to tap on cost effective analytics tools to gain greater consumer insights, discover consumer buying patterns to tailor marketing programs accordingly to the customers' preferences and needs. IDA's program is aimed at spurring greater adoption of Data and Analytics for business value and helping the organizations to build competitive advantage.
