Maka heads RSA development center

BANGALORE: RSA Security Inc. has appointed Niranjan Maka as head of its India development centre here.

An IIT- Madras alumni, Niranjan started his career with Tata Consultancy Services Mumbai and held various engineering and management positions thereafter. Before joining RSA Security, he was briefly employed by ITC as general manager responsible for two technology practices. He also worked with Siebel Systems, Inc. in San Mateo, California, as a director in the Core Engineering group and was part of the effort in setting up the group in Bangalore.
