Mahindra Group ties up with Eurocopter

BANGALORE, INDIA: Mahindra recently entered into an Memorandum of Understandings (MoU) with Eurocopter, a helicopter manufacturer, to contribute to the growth of the Indian aeronautical industry and civil aircraft market.

Mahindra sees this MoU as a significant step forward for both companies as well as the domestic aviation industry.

“We are delighted that Mahindra Aerospace has entered into an understanding with the world's leading helicopter manufacturer - Eurocopter. Eurocopter's long term vision and expertise, coupled with our knowledge of the Indian market will contribute in large measure to the growth of the civil aviation industry in India,” said Anand Mahindra, vice chairman and managing director, Mahindra Group.
