Magnasoft, HP tie up on GIS

BANGALORE: Magnasoft has entered into a strategic alliance with Hewlett Packard to provide end-to-end GIS solutions to enterprise customers. This alliance enables Magnasoft to leverage the wide network and national reach of HP, augmenting HP’s existing GIS solutions to its enterprise customers.



HP India, Director Sales and Marketing, Enterprise Systems Group, Neelam Dhawan, said, "We are pleased to have a tie-up with Magnasoft. HP and Magnasoft would together plan to map new markets and chalk out marketing strategies that are mutually beneficial. This partnership would provide HP’s customers an enhanced proposition through a unique combination of GIS solutions that are dedicated to lowering total cost of ownership while enabling end-to-end solutions on HP’s scalable and highly available computing platforms. We propose to bring to this relationship, a combination of innovative marketing programs and value-added solutions."



Magnasoft, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, S Sridhar, said, "We are proud to be the first partner of HP in the GIS domain.
