MUMBAI, INDIA: Mach, a provider of hub-based mobile communication solutions, announced the launch of its retail roaming solution for mobile network operators (MNOs), which uses business intelligence data to improve roaming business efficiency.
The company claims that the solution enables MNOs to offer subscribers roaming packages based on usage patterns or mobile phone model.

Morten Brøgger, chief commercial officer, Mach, said: “With the granular business intelligence provided by our solution, MNOs will be able to offer a range of bespoke roaming tariffs. Corporate users fond of using their iPad on business trips could, for example, be offered an ‘iPad tariff’ with price reductions structured around their unique requirements."
The solution comes with a 're-pricing' model, ie roaming tariff transparency and flexibility can be supported without the need for change in pricing in operators’ billing systems, allowing new roaming tariffs to be delivered rapidly.
