Offering a response to buyer demand for a customizable, personal and interactive platform, the new buyer portal with advanced search and notification capabilities is expected to ensure that buyers interested in a business have the latest technologies at their fingertips, helping them make the right match for their needs, adds a press release. Central to the new site is also a communications exchange system that promises to revolutionize the way in which buyers learn about March Group acquisition opportunities, a press release adds.

“Building on our previous search and management tools, this latest advancement in our Corporations4Sale.com site design empowers buyers to quickly and efficiently locate an opportunity that might be a match,” notes Kelli Matonak, corporate marketing director for The March Group. She adds, “Buyers can then track an opportunity through its analysis and beyond from the convenience of a central management interface.” In other words, buyers have open access to changes in the M&A climate and can refine their searches to specify only industries that they want. Furthermore, buyers can receive notification of new opportunities the moment they arise.

After registering via the portal, buyers can easily submit, monitor and manage Confidentiality Agreements, view Confidential Business Reviews, and submit feedback on a prospect or request direct responses from a March Group representative through this site — all from a remote location. “This site is our number one tool for vetting deals,” remarks Deborah Walker, vice president of capital markets at The March Group. “This new version of this portal allows our buyers the remote access they need to stay on the leading edge of prospective deal making, 24/7, from anywhere in the world. We’ve received excellent feedback on its effectiveness.”

In addition to the registration options, The March Group has created a free Market Alerts service.

Regarding the new Corporations4Sale.com technology, Matonak says she is pleased with the heightened features: “The March Group always aims to be a partner in the search for the acquisition opportunity best suited to a buyer’s needs and goals. We work hard to ensure that our inventory — and the tools buyers use to manage it — represent the best that the middle market has to offer. Whether our clients are buying a business or selling a business, we think they will like what they see!”
