Logix, Siebel tie-up

BANGALORE, September 9 : Logix Microsystems has

announced its tie-up with Siebel Systems as a Consulting Partner for the

Middle East, India and South East Asia. Logix will market Siebel products

and provide consulting services for implementation to clients in these

regions.

Logix has identified Sales Force Automation as a

growth area and has set up its Siebel practice in order to meet the

demands of the fastest growing software segment — Customer Relationship

Management (CRM). Logix is a Siebel Consulting Partner and has set up a

dedicated Siebel Lab, which will be used for internal training and for

application development for its clients.

The tie-up with Siebel is strategic for Logix

because it will enable the company to leverage its existing expertise in

ERPs like SAP and Oracle and its customers will now be able to automate

their sales force at the same time integrate this data seamlessly with

their primary applications. Organizations will be able to implement the

best business practices in multiple areas of their enterprise and they can

rapidly deploy customer service solutions that dramatically improve the

one-to-one relationship with their customers.
