“Logitech is proud to be recognized by one of the world´s most distinguished design institutions. The Logitech diNovo Edge is a breakthrough design that appeal to people’s desire for exceptionally attractive, high-performance peripherals,” said Guerrino De Luca, president and chief executive officer.”

“The quality of Logitech’s award-winning products has already won over our jury, which puts Logitech among the best in the design industry,” said Peter Zec, initiator of the Red Dot Design Award and president of the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design (ICSID).

The Logitech diNovo Edge is laser cut from a single, semi-translucent piece of black Plexiglas and set into a brushed-aluminum frame. Its back-lighted icons are embedded within the keyboard. When not illuminated, the icons are invisible, creating a sleek design that reduces the number of visible buttons. Logitech´s first rechargeable keyboard, the diNovo Edge features an integrated, touch-sensitive navigation-and-scroll panel and embedded Bluetooth wireless technology.
