When PM Modi met the State CMs on Monday, he put the ball in the State's court over lockdown extension. In that meeting, he has asked the states to submit reports on what they are going to next. Lockdown 3.0 already had many relaxations, so it may be possible that we work from offices now. What will be the next course of action regarding the COVID-19 situation, now? This meeting has provided room for the Centre to relax its control over India after the third Lockdown, and into Lockdown 4.0.
PM in the meeting said that COVID-19 cases increased in those areas where there has been laxity in enforcing lockdown challenges. He mentioned that night curfew has proved to be an effective tool in containing the spread of the virus. Certain activities will be limited, even if 33% workforce is enabled.
And in case the Lockdown extends, and we are still on able to move inter-states, we will still be working from home, entertaining family and office together. In that case, are we internet ready?
