The project would be executed, in part, at LisleTech’s development center

at Bangalore. Lisle Tech will develop the final stage software components of

select X-Laboratories prototypes. As also its technical advisor, LisleTech will

assist X-Labs in the evaluation of certain software-based product-concepts.

"The X-Laboratories model for bringing technology innovation to market,

makes perfect sense", said Lisle Technology Partners CEO Adarsh Arora.

"R&D scientists benefit from partners like X-Laboratories since

commercialization of a concept requires a dedicated team with an even deeper

insight into how the market will accept it, which X-Laboratories is good

at."

"Sourcing and managing the highest quality resources to execute our

phase development schedule is critical to our plan, said X-Laboratories CEO

Gerard Casale. "We are excited about the alliance with LisleTech because

they clearly understand the technology commercialization process as well as the

venture capital market. Unlike most consulting firms, they have successful

first-hand experience in moving R&D sourced concepts through the

commercialization cycle."

X-Laboratories is in the midst of developing nine core technology prototypes

with its corporate lab development partner, HRL Laboratories (formerly known as

Hughes Research Laboratories), ranging from a super-fast cascaded chipset design

to an automated datamining algorithm to a broadband modem. HRL Laboratories, is

jointly owned by General Motors (GM), Boeing (BA) and Raytheon (RtA).
