Lineo India country manager, Ajay Kapoor said, "India still has to go a
long way as far as embedded Linux based solutions are concerned. Our prime aim
is to educate the market about the benefits that these solutions offer and help
Indian companies create their own intellectual property. We are confident that
our training initiatives will provide the best value to the developer community
and hope to see a high success rate for our events and partnerships. Lineo plans
many more of these ventures in the future."
Lineo, which started its operations in India in early March this year, aims to
lead the explosion of emerging embedded solutions by acting as a bridge between
open standards and smart embedded devices.
