LG KG 195

The Dynamite series of LG has always been loaded with features and LG KG 195 is no different-its long feature-list, slim, candy bar design and completely black glossy surface will just leave you spellbound. This Dynamite has 1.8-inch TFT color screen, Bluetooth, FM radio with scheduled recording, MP3 player, VGA camera, and 64 MB of shared memory which is expandable up to 1 GB.

Using the phone is simple; overall navigation is smooth but not that intuitive. I had to fiddle a bit with the device to get used to its features and settings.

Overall performance of the device is great. By tweaking the settings of the VGA camera a bit, you can click decent shots. Its MP3 player can't sync songs stored on the phone memory and the external card slot simultaneously, but works perfectly otherwise. Sound clarity is good, but the ringing volume is quite low. I never realized when the phone kept in my pocket rang when I was in a crowd. I?could neither hear it ringing nor feel its vibration. Theme is another issue; the phone only has a plain-looking theme which doesn't jel with the overall look .

At a price of about 4.5 k this phone is just perfect for feature-hungry consumers on a budget. They can also have a look at Samsung E250 (Rs 4,600) though, which has all what this Dynamite offers, and also the LG KG200 which has a 1.3 MP camera but strangely no Bluetooth.
