LexSite, RoltaNet in strategic tie-up

BANGALORE: LexSite.com, a legal and taxation destination on the Web, has

announced a tie-up with RoltaNet, an Internet Service Provider (ISP). As per the

agreement, visitors to the full service portal, RoltaNet.com can instantly

access legal and taxation information by clicking on the hyperlink of

LexSite.com through Partner Channels on the RoltaNet home page.

The alliance between LexSite and RoltaNet shall be on a revenue sharing model

based on the subscription LexSite.com is able to garner through RoltaNet. For

LexSite.com, this tie-up implies access to RoltaNet's subscriber base of 15,000

corporate and individual users in Mumbai. RoltaNet will be able to provide its

users content on legal issues. This alliance would provide RoltaNet users access

to comprehensive statutory content on legislation, circulars, notifications and

case law apart from commentaries, editorials and columns by reputed legal

experts.

Speaking on the alliance, Rolta India executive director K R Vaidyanathan

said, "RoltaNet's objective is to provide value-added services and be a

purposes through LexSite.com."
