Leoxsys launches wireless-N storage router

BANGALORE, INDIA: Leoxsys Networks, a wireless broadband networking company, launched wireless-N storage Router LEO-150N-BT. Leoxsys LEO-150N-BT wireless storage router comes at an MRP of Rs.5399.

Leoxsys LEO-150N-BT wireless-N storage router is one of the first consumer routers in India with an inbuilt Bit torrent/HTTP/FTP download facility. This feature enables bit torrent enthusiasts and heavy downloaders to easily download data onto an attached USB drive without having to use a computer.

This highly reduces the power consumption and saves the computer from weak performance and virus attacks. With an integrated special Schedule functionality, users can add Bit torrent/HTTP/FTP download files and schedule it. The device automatically starts and stops downloading files on an attached USB as per schedule without using computer.

The Leoxsys LEO-150N-BT runs on a powerful 384 MHz MIPS processor, which enables speedy data download/upload through Bit Torrent/FTP server.

It integrates clients for Bit Torrent/HTTP/FTP download.

It supports WDS, WPS, QoS WMM, MAC/IP Filtering, and URL/Content blocking for parental control and up to 8 multiple SSIDs.

The device constitutes a built-in 4-port switch and a high speed USB 2.0 port which allows the user to convert USB storage to network attached storage (NAS) and a USB printer to a network printer with ease.

The user can easily convert their attached USB storage into a personal FTP Server, manage access authority, create user accounts of FTP server and share files with friends/customers worldwide over Internet. Using the inbuilt DDNS functionality, FTP server can be setup over a Dynamic Public IP that is normally provided by BSNL, Airtel, MTNL etc with basic broadband connection.

It provides fast and easily-shared access to external USB storage devices and acts as File Server. It allows server manager to create USER ID and Password for different users and define authority for each user.

The WPS "One Touch" feature ensures a smooth and secure wireless connection to the network just in a button press eliminating the need of manually setting and provides advanced wireless security encryption for your data.

It allows users to create multiple network names or SSIDs on one Wi-Fi router AP or radio with the ability to customize their individual security and broadcast settings.
