Lenovo's 27-inch Ideacentre Horizon is multi-user PC

BANGALORE, INDIA: After giving the 360 degrees of yoga designed PC, Lenovo is now bringing to the table a new 27-inch tablet PC. Don't be amazed by its size, for it is what that makes it a different family and edutainment device.

Lenovo's touch-enabled IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC provides an immersive family entertainment and learning platform while doubling as an all-in-one computer.

According to a Lenovo blog post, the PC offers an interactive inerface with its 10-finger touch enabled gaming adventure. Whether it is tossing the digital dice on the 1920x1080 HD in Monopoly or striking a goal in a soccer game, if offers a realisitc gaming fun.

Lenovo showcased the product at CEC in Las Vegas.

Not just that. It being an edutainment device, Horizon's unique User Interface (UI) lets multiple people use the Table PC screen simultaneously. Students and teachers can engage in interactive learning together, instead of in a 1:1 technology scenario.

According to a Lenovo website, the ‘multi-user and multi-touch table computer could be priced $1,699.

Horizon has over 5000+ multi-user entertainment apps on the Lenovo App Shop and has an exclusive package of pre-loaded gaming and educational apps.

The device with backlit HD display runs on Intel Core i7 processors and has high-performance graphics with NVIDIA.
