Lenovo plans to introduce and showcase brand new products first in this store and then take these products to other Indian retail outlets, said a press release.

The store is first one-stop-shop for customers in India as Lenovo would deliver an end-to-end process – guidance to choose the right product for customer requirements, post-sale support and warranty support, all under one roof.

Chen Shao Peng, senior vice president, Emerging Markets, Lenovo, said, "This store has been designed to reflect the new look and feel of Lenovo stores internationally – similar to the best-in-class Lenovo stores in China as well as elsewhere in the world.”

He further added that the New Delhi store would showcase both their Idea consumer range and Think commercial products, giving customers convenient and easy access to their offerings.

Lenovo also introduced a new product for the consumer segment – a new designer variant of its netbook line, Lenovo IdeaPad S10-2.

It also showcased the thin and light weight 14” screen corporate notebook PC – the ThinkPad T400s, which meets a corporate user’s lofty expectations of portability and  performance, said the release.

"We have expanded our portfolio to better serve our customers – especially in our IdeaPad and IdeaCentre range. We are also leaders in the All-in-One PC category – the only vendor to offer premium, mainstream, and entry 'AIO' models,” said Amar Babu, managing director, Lenovo India.

He added, “With the launch of our Flagship Store, we want to get closer to our customers by offering them the opportunity to experience all of Lenovo’s newest products, and the convenience of seeking quality, reliable counsel for product purchase and post-product support.”
