Kshema grows by 161%

BANGALORE: Bangalore-based Kshema Technologies have posted total turnover of

Rs 23.7 crore, recording a growth of over 161 per cent compared to last year.

The company has posted a net profit of Rs 7.9 crore recording close to 200 per

cent growth over previous year.

Speaking about the financial results, Anant R. Koppar, President and CEO,

Kshema Technologies, said, " During the last year, Kshema has added 22 new

customers, of which 7 of them being Global 1000 companies. The new customers

consolidated Kshema's position as a leading IT consulting and services provider

in the e-Commerce, Converging Communications and Healthcare industries."

Speaking about the plans for the current fiscal, Koppar said that Kshema is

looking forward to acquire 2 to 3 companies in Canada and Europe in the areas of

telecom to achieve Rs 77 crore turnover for the coming fiscal year. The company

is planning to add around 400 software engineers to its current strength of

around 350 engineers for the coming fiscal year. The company plans to go public

this year.
