Krisn unveils physical document tracking software

HYDERABAD: Krisn Information Technologies Ltd, a Hyderabad-based software development company has launched its physical document tracking software. Labeled as 'Clear', the software is designed to track the physical movement of the document. "We are aiming at those organizations where the physical movement of files is heavy- like all the public sector units, the government offices and departments," said, L V Subba Raju, MD, Krisn.


Priced at Rs 1 lakh, the software helps the higher management to keep track of all files in the organization. The software lets its users keep track of all the files in the organization. They can view the pending files with each user and can know at any given time the total number of pending files in an organization.


The company is all set to market the software aggressively within the state as well as outside AP. "We are looking for distributors for this software, ideally we would like to have two distributors in each state of the country. We plan to sell more than 100 licenses of this software within one year," he explained.


The application is user friendly and provides good GUI so that user can operate it without any sort of previous IT training. Being Web-based, the software's architecture consists of Web browser, Web server and database server.
