KISSmetrics to expand internationally in 2014

SAN FRANCISCO, USA: KISSmetrics, a digital intelligence platform that enables businesses to measure, recognize, and attribute actions to specific customers across multiple digital devices, has entered a partnership with Interarrows - a digital marketing agency in Japan.

Unlike traditional web and mobile analytics that primarily measure page views, browsers and frequency-type measures, KISSmetrics delivers a deeper and more insightful level of customer-recognition and cross-platform data that allows business owners to gauge person-level detail as to who's on their site, what they're doing, why and their current and lifetime value as a customer.

"Japanese brands have become global leaders in business by embracing new technology," said KISSmetrics CEO, Will Hodgman. "Interarrows has helped foster that by representing new technologies from around the world and making them available to companies based in Japan. The partnership with Interarrows is just the latest in a series of positive announcements to come out of KISSmetrics during the past year. In 2013 alone, the company secured an additional round of $7 million in Series B funding, added 15 new employees including two senior executives, and expanded its market through the addition of a new offering designed for large, enterprise-level businesses.
