Kenexa acquires Scottworks

HYDERABAD: Kenexa, a talent acquisition and retention solutions provider, today announced new operations in Canada by acquiring the assets of Toronto-based Scottworks, a full-service consulting firm that provides organizations with business intelligence tools and creative solutions to leverage human capital and enhance customer relationships.

Scottworks' primary offerings include feedback solutions, such as employee experience, multi-rater feedback, and organization feedback, as well as management solutions, including sales and service improvement, team effectiveness and management development. Founded in 1987, Scottworks serves market leaders in manufacturing and financial services.
