If you use the Outlook Calendar to plan your time, why not also use it for keeping track of your work and expenses?

With TimeCard Single added to the calendar, you can report hours and expenses to an Access database created by the application and analyze the data with the integrated statistics tool. TimeCard Single is now updated with several new features.

The most important feature is perhaps that you now can add expenses to each appointment. They follow the appointment to the database when you report, so that you can study them in the statistics tool. The expenses are also included in the nice, new Excel spreadsheet you get if you use the Export to Excel function.

Version 4.3 of TimeCard Single uses redemption Outlook library, so now TimeCard can report the body field of an appointment no matter how long it is. You can get all the data you wish to the database, and there you can analyze your work and get reports to build invoices on.

The Access database is open, and to follow up you can also use the statistics tool OLAP Reporting Tool, which is integrated in TimeCard.
