"Kaseya India will focus on two segments in the beginning. The company will provide virtual system administrator to Managed Service Providers (MSP) and expects a growth of 125 MSPs per quarter. Kaseya Enterprise on the hand will focus on large markets such as financial and retail segments," Krishnamurthy added.

"We are a young, but fast growing company, and India offers a great and exciting opportunity for us. We expect that in a couple of years India will emerge as the second largest market next to US," he added.

"We are planning to set up world's first Super Network Operating Centre (Super NOC) from Bangalore soon, through which we will deliver products to our costumers from one network. Kaseya is committed to provide next-generation managed service automation software in an integrated framework that meets the continuous systems support and management needs of customers in India," he averred.

"In the present scenario, there is huge market for our solution in India, especially in the SME segment as most of the company's today are following a 'break/fix' model. Whereas, Kaseya is offering a managed service framework, which is designed for IT administrators who need to reduce complexity and increase productivity and MSPs that want to pass those benefits to customers. Also keeping in mind the same scenario our pricing is also reasonable and will not stop enterprises from approaching us," said Krishnamurthy.
