The venture will provide Morgan Stanley Dean Witter with a new pipeline of

leading e-business and software development resources accessible from around the

world. According to MSDW principal Scott Graflund, this partnership would help

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter gain access to cost effective, high quality

programming talent in labor markets around the world.

Says Kanbay chairman and CEO Raymond Spencer, "The Kanbay GlobalLink

process allows us to bring MSDW world class technology resources from anywhere

in the world on a 24x7 basis, thus providing for the rapid development of

solutions.

In order to provide MSDW with immediate access to Kanbay's state of the art

global delivery solutions, Kanbay is opening a Manhattan based Accelerated

Solutions Center. "We will bring internal business clients to the Solutions

Center, help them accurately identify their specific needs of e-business or

software development needs and then create a prototype of their personalized

solution," Graflund said.

Kanbay is a global e-enterprise integrator that enables businesses to excel

in the digital economy. Kanbay's proprietary methodology e* Path incorporates

strategy, Web enablement, application development and value chain integration,

transforming a client's business into an e-business.
