Kalypso delivers services around the business processes and information technologies that enable innovation, including PLM. With the addition of DataSquare's expertise to Kalypso, the firm will be able to serve the growing demand for PLM in Europe with a deeper set of PLM consulting and implementation services.

"PLM is a key enabler for organizations looking to improve innovation results in 2014," said Joachim Misdorf, DataSquare CEO and new Kalypso partner. Together, the firms have extensive knowledge of and implementation experience with all of the leading PLM and product innovation software providers, including Oracle, PTC and Dassault Systemes. The merger expands the firms' presence in the life sciences, high technology and industrial industries in Germany and in other European markets.

"Growing Kalypso on a global scale to serve our diverse clients continues to be one of our firm's top strategic imperatives," said Mick Broekhof, managing partner, Europe, Kalypso.
