Kale Consultants acquires Zero Octa

MUMBAI: Kale Consultants Ltd (Kale) and Zero Octa Ltd has announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement under which Kale would acquire privately held Zero Octa, provider of airline revenue assurance, protection and audit services worldwide.

Kale’s combined employee strength will now be over 1500 professionals, experienced in travel and transportation industry and Kale will have 30 new customers added to its client portfolio.
