JobsForHer’s announces an exclusive online job fair for women

JobsForHer will host its fifth annual event HerRising 2021, on 18^th September online from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In its virtual form for the second time after the pandemic struck, will see participation from over 3,000 women professionals, around 350 conference delegates, and 50 plus companies.

The virtual Conference will showcase discussions and revelations from corporate leaders and will address challenges, opportunities, policies and their inspiring stories catering to women returnees, women in tech, and women in leadership.

A survey conducted by JobsForHer showed 40% women opted a blend of home and office working. In 2021, the percentage has gone up by 10%, where almost 50% of women employees want flexibility in their job, which proves that the future of work is hybrid.

Meanwhile 86% of employers agreed that work from home has opened up more job opportunities for women regardless of location. The event will have an exclusive section for work from home job offers.
