JEE Main 2021: Last Day To Challenge Answer Key, Results expected by March 31

Current state of the COVID-19 pandemic may hit JEE Main 2021 April exams

The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Saturday (March 20) released the preliminary answer keys of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2021 for the March session, held from March 16 to March 18. The JEE Main 2021 results are expected to be out soon. When announced, the results will be available on the official website of JEE and NTA- jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.

The official notification read that NTA will evaluate all the challenges with the help of a panel of subject experts. If they find it correct, they will revise the answer key accordingly. “Based on the revised final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the experts after the challenge will be final,” reads an official notification.

How to raise objections to JEE Main March answer keys?

The first thing that you need to is visit the main website of JEE Main. On the page, in the downmost corner, you will see "Display Question Paper and Answer Key Challenge March 2021 Session. Click on the link and login with your application number and date of birth and enter the security pin as displayed. After that, click on ‘Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key’. The ID next to the question under the column ‘correct option’ is the correct answer. If you wish to challenge the option, use one or more of the option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box. Upload supporting documents, if required. ‘Save your Claim’ and move to the next screen. You will see a display of all the option IDs you have challenged. Click on ‘save your claim and pay fee finally’.

Pay Rs 200 for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm. The last daye to challenge any question is today only. After NTA has evaluated the challenges, it will release the results for JEE Main 2021 March session.

Next exams

JEE Main will be next held from April 27 to 30, and May 24 to 28. The application for April session will most likely open from April 2.
