JEE Main 2021: Admission Form for March Exam Out on Website; Answer Key for Feb Exam released

IIT Bombay has released the JEE Main 2021 March Exam form on the Official Website. Further, the Answer Key to the February exam is out too.

IIT Bombay has released the JEE Main 2021 March Exam form on the Official Website. JEE Main 2021 is applicable for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though CSAB; subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination; or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class board exams. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class examination.

There are 3 subject combinations for BE or BTech and BArch or B Planning Courses in NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs. As for JEE Main 2021, NTA will consider the student’s best of the 2021 Scores for preparation of Merit List or Ranking. JEE Main 2021 Examination will be held in “Computer Based Test” (CBT) Mode only, except that the Drawing Test for B.Arch. will be held in “Pen & Paper” (offline) mode.

How to Apply for JEE Main 2021 March exam?

1. Visit the Official Website.

2. Click on the “JEE (Main) March 2021: Fill Registration Form” Tab

3A. First-time users need to first submit their personal details. Then, you will get an application number to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form. Complete the Application Form using the Application Number and Password. Then, Upload Scanned Images of the Candidate’s Photograph, Candidate Signature, Category Certificate & PwD Certificate (wherever applicable).

3B. Repeat users can just log in through their existing Application ID.

4. Pay the Examination Fee.

You do not have to register if you have already registered in the Feb session. Similar to last time, you can fill the form for March, April and May session.

In case a candidate does not want to appear in the Session for which he/she has paid the fee, NTA will refund it upon request during the application process of the Session from which the candidate wants to withdraw. Candidates have the option to apply for one Session and more than one Session together and pay the fee accordingly.

Candidates have to submit only one application for one session or more than one session or all session(s) together. Multiple application forms submitted by a candidate for the same session will not be accepted at any cost. Candidates, who desire to appear in JEE Main 2021, may see the detailed Information Bulletin available on the website.

Further, IIT Bombay has also released the JEE Main 2021 Answer Key along with recorded responses and the question papers. With this, candidates may challenge the provisional answer key by paying a fee of Rs 200 through the online portal. The facility will be open till 5:00 pm on March 3, 2021, and the window to pay fees for another hour.

Candidates who have appeared for the examination conducted from February 23 to February 26 may raise objections online between March 1, 2021, and March 3, 2021.

JEE Main 2021 February Session Answer Key – How to raise objections?

1. Go to the official website and on the home page, click on the link for Display Question paper/ Recorded Responses and Answer Key Challenge to go to the Login window.

2. Login through your Application ID and DoB

3. Click on Challenge Answer Key and then click on the question's answer you want to challenge.

4. Save your claim and pay the fee.

What papers in JEE Main 2021 February Session can you challenge?

Students can challenge all questions of Paper 1. The students can challenge only the Mathematics and Aptitude Section for Paper 2 BArch; but all sections of BPlanning. Also, the fee of Rs. 200 is non-refundable and payable for each question challenged.
