JDA automates time and expense areas across 600 users

CALIFORNIA, USA: Tenrox has announced that JDA Software Group has selected the Tenrox on-demand professional services automation software to enhance JDA Software's time and expense, project management and professional services delivery processes.

The Tenrox on-demand project management solution is being rolled out throughout JDA Software's locations in North and South America, Europe, South Africa, Australia and Asia.

The software will be used by 1,700 users at JDA Software to report time and expense from the company's offices or while traveling, as a press note shares. Over 600 users will also take advantage of advanced project management features ranging from resource and project forecasting, resource scheduling and project accounting and process management.

"We are counting on Tenrox on-demand service to make it possible for us to improve our project resource utilization and to reduce the amount of administration time that our billable resources spend today. This means more billable hours from each resource every month. In our evaluation of all the top Professional Services Automaton software (PSA software) vendors, we found that Tenrox offers what we need in a SaaS model. We are looking forward to teaming with Tenrox for this business solution," explained JDA Software's Mark Geninatti, Chief Information Officer & Group Vice President, IT.

It adds that after an extensive evaluation and proof-of-concept phase, JDA Software chose Tenrox because of its straightforward user interface, workflow-driven architecture, enterprise time and expense tracking, collaborative workflow planning and integration with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and Salesforce.com applications.
