The strategic agreement leverages iYogi’s unique Global Delivery Platform created for rapidly scaling its tech experts, while delivering on the highest resolution rates and customer satisfaction benchmarks in the industry, said a press release.
iYogi would extend its Global Delivery Platform to deploy additional 1000 highly experienced and proficient security support tech experts.
iYogi would use proven methodology and processes for quicker ramp-up to address the accelerating need for computer tech support. The company is partnering with Ventura with the aim of expanding iYogi’s geographic footprint and its security services to protect consumers and small businesses from growing threats of online viruses and spyware.
Ventura has over 8,000 employees in the UK and India and a growing base in Pune, India which is billed as one of the foremost digital centers in the world.
