NEW DELHI: Canada based Sangoma Technologies Corporation, a WAN communication
hardware and software manufacturer, has entered into a partnership with New
Delhi based ITGlobe, a supply chain and value added services provider. ITGlobe
will act as Sangoma's distributor for all its line of products in the Indian
sub-continent.
"We have been closely watching the Indian region and over the past few
years, the country has emerged as a major hub for our line of products. Our
partnership with ITGlobe will provide us an entry into the Indian markets.
Together we expect to increase Sangoma's sales in the sub-continent to over $
500,000 per annum," informed Doug Vilim, Sales & Marketing VP at
Sangoma Technologies. Sangoma technologies develops, manufactures and markets
connectivity hardware and software products for WAN connectivity and Internet
infrastructure.
"Our products span traditional legacy protocols through to the latest
high-speed WAN technologies. Our PCI cards are available with built in ADSL, T1,
E1, J1 and 56/64kbps DDS interfaces. With India developing as a major hub for
call centers and ITES services, our solutions can provide seamless connectivity
to different organizations," Vilim explained.
Though the company has an exclusive partnership with ITGlobe as of now,
it will look out for more such partnerships if and when the market dynamics
dictates of expanding its reach to other regions as well. Sangoma is
participating at the Supercomm India 2004, an exhibition focused on IT and
communication products and services organized in New Delhi.
