ITC Infotech among top 20 green vendors

BANGALORE, INDIA: ITC Infotech, a global IT services company and a fully owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd., got featured in Black Book of Outsourcing 2008 Green Report, as one of the top twenty green vendors.

The report that was published by Brown Wilson Group selected the companies on the basis of triple bottom line milestones of economic gains, environmental stewardship and social improvements. The survey, conducted among 4200 global outsourcing users, found that 94 percent of American corporate leaders still consider eco friendly computing as an important element in their technology strategy and also prefer green outsourcing partners as a top IT priority. 

ITC Infotech also featured among top ITO “Infrastructure Vendors” in the 2008 Black Book of Outsourcing, where Brown Wilson Group evaluated leading global outsourcing service providers across 18 operational excellence key performance indicators based on the perspective of client experience.

Over 400,000 users were invited to participate in this evaluation. ITC Infotech ranked among the top 10 global vendors across various criteria including vendor overall preference, innovation, training, breadth of offerings, delivery excellence, deployment and outsourcing implementation, integration, interface, reliability, brand image and marketing communication, support and customer care among many others.
