The ITC said in a brief statement that it would investigate assertions by Apple that Kodak has violated Apple patents having to do with digital still and video cameras.

Apple's complaint, which was filed in mid-April, lists two patents that it says Kodak infringed to make some of its Kodak Z series of cameras, Kodak M series, Kodak C series, Kodak SLICE cameras as well as the PLAYSPORT and other video cameras.

Apple is asking that the devices be barred from importation into the United States.
