Detroit-based IT services firm e-Zest Solutions has acquired SmarterMe, a machine learning powered personal sales assistant for an all cash deal.

SmarterMe is a mobile platform, which improves the productivity of sales people across small businesses and Fortune 500 companies by providing personalised recommendations based on the integration and analysis of email, calendar, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Document Storage Systems, social media and location date.

SmarterMe, which can be used as a tool integrated with CRM or as a standalone application, is currently integrated with Salesforce and soon its Dynamics 365 & Siebel connector will be available.
