Hegde: BYOD-Data management (Data bifurcation Personal & Enterprise)

CIOL: Advice to peers in terms of lessons, mistakes or challenges you experienced over past few years?

Hegde: Being digital (Being good with stay connected & updated … It is all about building behavioral competency self-discipline with Lead Self, Lead Others, Lead Business & Lead Change). Be role model and demonstrate the change within.

CIOL: IT is as a competitive differentiator / innovator / business value centre at your organization - How?

Hegde: IT is as a competitive differentiator embedded in businesses.

Infrastructure development industry has achieved substantial scale & exponential growth globally; we at GMR are in a position to develop a sustainable competitive edge that can keep us ahead of competition.

As the boom in infrastructure development continues further world-wide; the technology will continue to play a vital role in our businesses, to provide adequate bandwidth for the group to effectively leverage their core competencies and expertise so as to consolidate and maintain our leadership position in these sectors.

Hegde: Technology is enforcing to change our way of lifestyle. Early adopters are better-off.
