CIOL: Advice to peers in terms of lessons, mistakes or challenges you experienced over past few years?

Hegde: Being digital (Being good with stay connected & updated … It is all about building behavioral competency self-discipline with Lead Self, Lead Others, Lead Business & Lead Change). Be role model and demonstrate the change within.

CIOL: IT is as a competitive differentiator / innovator / business value centre at your organization - How?

Hegde: IT is as a competitive differentiator embedded in businesses.
