ISACA and CIOKlub help CIOs manage risks effectively

BANGALORE, INDIA: The fast paced adoption of digital technologies is challenging organizations, governments and regulators everywhere. They need the right strategies to extract value from these emerging technologies, while mitigating the risks arising therefrom. Amongst the prominent risks are the lack of awareness amongst both end users of such technologies as well as the emerging cybersecurity risks.

To help organizations address this issue, ISACA & CIOKlub have jointly organized an event on January 28 in Chennai, which will be focusing on 'Digital Transformation' and will feature discussions on the risks associated with widespread adoption of emerging digital technologies.

There will be action before as well as during the event with globally renowned speakers, round table discussions of eminent CIOs, and exciting product launches. The event will feature a talk by Robert Stroud, Global President of ISACA and Head of Strategy and Innovation at CA Technologies.

He would present rare insights from across the globe on how organizations and governments are strategizing innovation and business transformation and the several risks surrounding the adoption of such technologies.

The event will be preceded by an exclusive CIO Roundtable and will be attended by eminent CIOs from the industry and government, pan-India.

The event will also feature the launch of the CyberSecurity Nexus (CSX) from ISACA, which is one of the first and most comprehensive resources to support security professionals at every level of their careers.

In October 2015, ISACA will also host their first CSX conference in Washington DC.
