NEW YORK, USA:Holiday Inn next month will begin testing technology that lets you convert your iPhone into your room key - but several readers said they're too skeptical to try it.
"No thank you, I'll stick with my room key in my hand," Hotel Check-In reader LOfromMO wrote on Monday's post. "Anything electronic can be hacked or otherwise compromised."
Given the number of questions raised about the technology (see Hotel Check-In's story from last week), I asked the technology company's CEO to discuss some of the common concerns he hears. Open Ways Pascal Metivier said the technology's safe.
