VDSL2 solution: VES-1616F-44/VES-1624F-44 VDSL2 switch with P-872H/P-870MH VDSL2

modem.






ZyXEL's newly announced VDSL2 solution combines various features that optimize
broadband performance and quality of service; offers services providers with

carrier grade solution for quality triple play services.ZyXEL's VDSL2 modem








The ZyXEL VES-1616F-44/VES-1624F-44 is a 16-port/24-port, 1.5U VDSL2 Switch,
providing a maximum of 100Mbps download and 50Mbps upload bandwidth. Such ample

bandwidth not only enables numerous next-generation online media services, but

also allows ISPs to provide state-of-the-art video, voice, and data integration

services through regular phone lines.






According to Austin Huang, market development manager, ZyXEL Communications
Corporation, Taiwan, "It allows dynamic rate change depending on current

line condition, offers excellent performance even over noisy lines. This

eliminates the need for manual and time-consuming rate adjustments to suit the

"The VES-1616F-44/VES-1624F-44 supports IEEE 802.3ad with load distribution
control and fail-over recovery. To balancing traffic loading, the

VES-1616F-44/VES-1624F-44 distributes traffic to each trunk port based on the

source and destination MAC addresses," he further added.






The VES-1616F-44/VES-1624F-44 includes a comprehensive set of configuration and
management tools to streamline administrator's management effort. The Web-based

management interface offers an easy-to-use platform, independent management, and

configuration options.

starting from MRP Rs 69,900/- onwards with taxes extra as applicable through
