Intex launches Aqua i4+ for ever-connected generation

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Intex Technologies announced that it would add the Aqua i4+ to its growing range of Aqua smartphones.

Aiming to bring new and improved device for consumers, the sleek and stylishly crafted Aqua i4+ is designed keeping in mind consumers aspirations of a trendy, lightweight yet powerful smartphone allowing them the freedom to make the most of everything they do - whether at their workplace or having fun with friends.

The Aqua i4+ features a 5" FWVGA (854x480) display providing sharp and sophisticated visuals. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz dual core processor, which is complemented by a 512MB RAM to smoothly handle the multitasking and gaming requirements of users.

With a 3G connectivity offering speedy data download of upto 7.2 Mbps, activities like streaming or watching movies, playing online games, downloading multimedia content and uploading videos on social media platforms will be a breeze.

Equipped with Android Jelly Bean OS 4.2.2, the smartphone sports an 8MP camera with an auto-focus and flash at the back and a 1.3MP camera in the front to facilitate video calls. The phone comes with a 4GB internal memory and also has the option of 32GB expandable memory.

The phone is equipped with various connectivity options such as 3G, HSPA+, and Bluetooth 4.0 to provide uninterrupted browsing and an enhanced files transfer experience. The Online Software update feature helps the phone stay updated with the latest software version for smooth usage. The 2000mAh battery offers a talk time of six hours and a standby time of 220 hours.

The handset also features OLX app, which provides smart shopping options that fall in line with user preferences. Other useful apps bundled with the smartphone include ‘Matrabhasha', an app which helps users access the phone in a language of their choice by supporting 22 regional languages, including Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, Gujarati, Sanskrit, Maithili, Marathi, Manipuri, Sindhi, Dogri, Nepali and many more.

Intex also provides 5GB of free cloud storage through an Intex Cloud app that makes it easier for users to store more pictures, videos and files. Other pre-loaded apps, such as Intex Play, enable users to download popular applications and games.

Available in Pearl Blue and Pearl White, Aqua i4+ is priced at INR 7600 and will be available across 40,000 plus retail outlets, more than 42 INTEX SQUARES (exclusive retail stores), several hypermarkets and leading e-commerce portals.
