At a personal level, he is very happy that the work done has ensured that several SME organizations have become big exporters, their business volumes have increased, and they have grown leaps and bounds as a result of these efforts. There is a high mental satisfaction that the work has given positive results over the years. That is not to say there are no challenges or problems but each positive step goes a long way in providing a new opportunity for these organizations.

For all this, it is important to be passionate about the growth of this segment and these organizations. It is passion that can drive success and give the energy to continuously encourage this community.
