His passion, energy and enthusiasm is evident as he speaks and holds the prestigious portfolio of Chairman of GIDC Lodhika for the last fifteen years without a single election. Kishore has made several giant strides in the industry both as an entrepreneur and as the Chairman over the last few decades.
GIDC Lodhika has developed immensely under the guidance and leadership of Kishore Kadvani. He believes sound leadership and commitment can take any activity to its desired results. He also advocates and is passionate about activities related to the development of the society. He says nothing can be more rewarding than that.

Kishore has been associated with the Association since 1996. This Association has close to 1000 members and has a 11 member committee with the membership increasing every year. Some of the key initiatives undertaken by this Association has been for the overall development of Rajkot’s infrastructure and basic amenities like Water, Power and Roads. Today, as a result of these initiatives, what is called as Critical Infrastructure is made completely available and citizens / organizations / companies have no trouble accessing these facilities. Under Kishore’s leadership, several major activities have seen a successful end. As a result of these, Rajkot has very good infrastructure and amenities required for efficient and optimal functioning.
The Association has a corporate office and has lot of facilities including plans for a Conference Center, Guest House facility, Video Library, President’s office, Display Center and more. He also plans to make the Association India’s no.1. Some of the upcoming projects include development of 300 fountains and parks in Rajkot, laying a major underground cable, development of workers and employees under specialized HR training and activities and more. These include conducting of Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Training sessions and so on. This will certainly increase the learning and value for the employees.

Kishore has had several setbacks in his personal life with serious health issues and yet not bogged down by it. He says having the right attitude, approach and perseverance is the key. Never procrastinate things, do what is required to be done, now. Be truthful and sincere otherwise negativity can seep in to the system, he cautions. His advise for the upcoming entrepreneurs is, “do things differently, fix a clear objective in your mind and go after it, think ahead of your time”.
