Interplex Electronics sets up manufacturing facility in Bangalore

stamping company Interplex Industries Inc. today announced the launch of

its subsidiary Interplex Electronics India Ltd. The company has set up its

manufacturing facility at Electronics City, Bangalore. Interplex

Electronics would produce a variety of customized metal stamped parts and

selective plating from this facility. These high precision parts are used

in electronics, communication, telecom and networking industries, for

applications in hybrid microcircuits, connectors, miniature relays,

switches and other custom made parts.

Interplex Electronics India Ltd. CEO and

Vice President said, "We have already committed an investment of Rs

7.6 crore in setting up this manufacturing facility, with in-house

capability for design, tools manufacturing, high-speed stamping, selective

plating and testing — all under one roof. Currently the market is

estimated at over 150 crore, of which we will be able to take in at least

10 per cent in the next 3 years."
