Interactive Intelligence and AWAL sign partnership agreement for Saudi Arabia

DUBAI, UAE: Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. has signed AWAL IT Services, a subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Co, (STC), as an ‘Elite' partner.

As per the terms of the agreement, AWAL will sell, implement and service Interactive Intelligence's contact center, unified communications, and business process automation software and solutions portfolio across all market segments and verticals in Saudi Arabia.

AWAL is a customer-centric company supporting large business organizations as well as government institutions to design, build, and manage flexible, scalable, and secure information infrastructure environments in a way that delivers tangible business outcomes to AWAL clients. The company is a part of STC Group's expansion strategy to fill the gap between connectivity infrastructure and IT services infrastructure.

Besides serving their clients with connectivity and hosting services, they expanded their services base to provide end-to-end IT services. This enables them to offer a high quality IT services bouquet through one single point for their customer.

The demand for contact center, unified communications and IP telephony solutions has been growing rapidly in Saudi Arabia and this trend is expected to continue in the next few years.
