NEW YORK: Intelligroup Inc., an installer of complex business software made
by companies as Oracle Corp. and PeopleSoft Inc., said on Friday that it has
named co-Chief Executive Officer Arjun Valluri as its sole CEO.
The Edison, N.J.-based company said Ashok Pandey, who founded the company and
who had been co-CEO with Valluri, had left the company to pursue other business
interests.
Valluri, 31, was named co-CEO in January and has been with Intelligroup since
1994, the company said in a statement.
Intelligroup shares were off 1/16 at 7/8 in late-morning trading on Nasdaq.
The stock price has a 52-week range between 25/32 and $45-3/4.
