PUNE: KPO firm Integreon Managed Solutions Inc. would be possibly looking at centers in London and other European countries to expand its geographical base.

“We already have a business development office in London,” said Prashant Chawla, COO, Integreon. “A development facility will complete our continental presence.”

The company currently has two facilities in Mumbai, and in New York and Los Angeles besides budding new centers in Manila, Philippines and New Delhi. Its Gurgaon center would go live in the next three months.

The company has recently acquired Fargo, N.D.-based CBF Group, Inc., a BPO specialist in enterprise services to law firms. With this deal, the company’s onshore to offshore mix turns into a 50:50 mix. Besides spiking up new offerings, the knot also brings in new customers in its kitty.

“We have added over 20 law firms with around 10 blue-chip ones. We will invest significantly in the new operation with a substantial increase in onshore business,” Chawla said.

The growth would be visible in headcount too with the current pool of 2000 ramped up to 3000 by the end of year. “We will continue growing here at 50 to 60 per cent.”

Chawla pointed out HR processing as the only gap in company’s basket of offerings that range from F&A, analytical services, electronic discovery, documentation and research.

He shrugged off another acquisition as a means of plugging this space. “Acquisitions for us are not driven by services but as per customer delivery needs that can be a new geography or delivery avenue.”

However, he hinted at ongoing talks for another imminent acquisition and an announcement can be expected in the next six to nine months.
