With about 15 experienced software engineers, ISoftTech intends to provide

quality software services and product realization services to customers,

equipment vendors and software developers working closely with the academia and

the industry.

Promoted by Ray Stata, chairman and founder of Analog Devices, and

operational since May 2001, ISoftTech has already bagged three projects in each

one of its domain areas. In the networking arena, it is developing Intelligent

Core Optical Networking Equipment for Axiowave. For an incubation company,

Statalabs, based in the US, it is developing unique email client software and

for the telecom Telegea, it is developing a telecom provisioning software.

"I think of India as a design house with enormous competency in this

area with experienced engineers," said Ray Stata.

"Unlike other Indian companies or subsidiaries lending extended design

partnership to product companies, we would be providing support on complete

development lifecycle. We would understand the requirements, design accordingly,

validate and deliver the solutions," said Vijay Babu, Vice President,

IsoftTech.

ISoftTech has plans to become a 100 strong team in another one and half years

and move on to profitability by the beginning of the third year of operations.
