Inspiring 33 Years: Pratap Gharge, CIO at Bajaj Electricals

Pratap Gharge, Executive President & CIO at Bajaj Electricals Ltd. will be retiring tomorrow, June 30, 2018. He joined in 1985 and his 33 years journey has various inspiring moments. He began his professional journey as a programmer at Simplex Mills. And then he moved on to Bajaj Electricals Ltd. after two years. In 12 years of career in Bajaj Electricals, he becomes Head IT and since then he has been dedicatedly serving the company.

Additionally, Pratap Gharge has been playing the role of Joint Project Manager for the organization. He worked to transform many projects with the prime focus on business process improvements across supply chain legs. Also, he has been continuously working to optimize resources in all the business units using Theory of Constraints Principles.

He initiated the digital transformation at the organization as well as made numerous strategic decisions in her 33 years of career.
